1. Agreement
By accessing this website or engaging Modulus Infosystems for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Specific engagements are additionally governed by the individual contract signed for that project.
2. Services
We provide software engineering and consulting services as described on this website and detailed in individual project agreements. The scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between you and Modulus Infosystems.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how that we bring to an engagement remain our property. Content on this website is owned by Modulus Infosystems and may not be reproduced without permission.
4. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request. We expect the same discretion regarding any non-public information we share with you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modulus Infosystems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Liability under any engagement is limited as set out in the relevant project agreement.
